- Honoured as a Dato’ Sri by the Sultan of Pahang, and was awarded ‘‘Successful Entrepreneur’’ by GRC Press Holdings in 2010

- Held key management positions in several multinational companies including ams-OSRAM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., Heptagon Advanced Micro Optics, Benchmark Electronics Manufacturing (S) Pte Ltd., Seagate Technology, Magnecomp International Limited and Conner Peripherals Pte Ltd.
